Emotional Autonomy
Are you dependent upon others to fulfill your need for love, affection and recognition? Do you find it difficult to be alone? You will leave with the methods and procedures necessary to establish your emotional autonomy, fill your inner void, and create emotional stability in your life.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- the signs of emotional deprivation and its effects
- to fill the void you feel and create emotional stability
- to overcome the fear of rejection and the fear of being abandoned or of simply being alone
- to let go of the insatiable desire to be loved by others
